"Stuck on an aeroplane on Palma airport runway for 3 hours while a thunderstorm passed overhead. Returned hours late to Glasgow to be charged an additional £28 for going past my declared exit time. We are loyal customers but are feeling ripped off. Tui say it's not their fault, its certainly not ours, but you are clearly exploiting an act of God which caused us hours of misery. We're not happy."
